Tuesday 3rd November 2009

Green Smoothie - 4 points
1 slice bread - 0 points
mini hershey's - 2 points
1 Tbsp pb - 1 point
1 cup grapes - 1 point
lettuce and tomato - 0 points
cheese stick - 1 point
1oz chicken - 2 points
5 olives - 1 point
2 cups milk - 2 points

Total: 14/18 points
Well. That wasn't a lot, was it? Nevertheless, thanks to the green smoothie, it was an almost perfect ww day. Go figure. I just needed to have the 2 tsp oil.

What I ate

Monday 2nd November 2009

Green Smoothie - 4 points
tortilla - 1 point
1 cup grapes - 1 point
salad w/ 1 tbsp dressing - 1 point
chicken - 5 points
mac n cheese - 2 points
cauliflower - 0 points
2 cups almond milk - 2 points

Total: 16/18 points

I ate all my nutrients except the oil. If I'd had 2 tsp oil on the salad I would have had one point left for the day, and I could have had ALL my nutrients AND a ww fudge ice cream, or 1/2 cup bryer's fat free ice cream. Oh well.

Oatmeal and milk - 4 points
tortilla and salad - 1 point
spaghetti squash - 0 points
meat sauce - 6 points
1 cup oj - 2 points
1 cup grapes - 1 points
ww ice cream - 1 points
cereal and milk - 3 points

Total: 18/18 points
It would have been the perfect ww day if I'd used 2 tsp oil on the salad and skipped the cereal and just had the milk later in the day.

1 small banana, 2 tsp cocoa - 2 points
2 slices bread - 1 point
1 slice turkey bacon - 1 point
lettuce and tomatoes - 0 points
1/2 cup v8 - 0 points
toast and marmalade - 2 points
panera bread french onion soup w/o cheese and croutons - 2 points
1/2 panera mediterranean veggie sandwich - 6 points
1 cup soy milk - 1 point
baguette - 2 points

Total: 20/18 points
If I'd skipped the baguette this would have been the perfect ww day

Bryer's ff ice cream w/ pecans - 2 points

Total: 18/18 points
The perfect ww day - except for the lack of oil. If I'd had oil on my salad instead of dressing the points would have been the same.

It totally wasn't worth it. I have been quite disappointed with the Smart Ones desserts. They're heavy points for such a little item, and they don't taste fabulous.

7 ff crackers - 1 point
1 cup 8th continent soy milk - 1 point
tortilla - 1 point
onions - 1 point
lifewater drink - 2 point
Actually, I just got this for the bottle. They hold nearly 3 cups of water and fit perfectly in the cup holder in my car. Now I have three; a purple one, an orange one, and a pink one. One's washing whilst one's being used and the other is waiting to be used. How can you go wrong? =D

Weight watchers weigh-in! I was pretty excited because I'd been good this week, and plus I'd exercised really well.

However - I'd GAINED!!! Gained, dear readers! GAINED. Almost TWO POUNDS!!!!! I'm back to where I was about four weeks ago.

WHAT? WHAT? WHAT??????

I turned my trackers for the past two weeks into my WW leader, and hopefully she'll have some tips. I've been getting all my liquid, all my oil, all my veggies, whole grains, multivitamin, all my milks, all my protein. Sooooo - what gives?


Banana - 2 points
Salad w/ 2 tsp olive oil - 2 points
salad w/ lowfat dressing - 2 points
Total wheat cereal - 1 point
1 cup milk - 2 points
Weight Watchers' Spicy Szechuan veg and chicken - 4 points
1 cup milk - 2 points
fiber plus bar - 2 points
1 cup grapes - 1 point
1/2 cup ice cream - 1 point

Total: 19/19 points
All Veggies, all milks, all healthy oils, all liquids, all proteins, whole grains and vitamin.
A good day. =)

TWO POINTS UNDER! Holy cow! And I had all my liquids, all my milk, all my protien, all my fruits and veggies, whole grains and vitamins. How is that even possible?

Monday 14th September 2009 - The Perfect Weight Watcher's Day

Green Smoothie - 4 points
2 slices double fiber bread - 1 point
laughing cow cheese wedge - 1 point
salad with 2 tsp olive oil and balsamic vinegar - 2 points
1 cup watermelon - 1 point
This was from the farmer's market. The ones at the farmer's market are not seedless - but oh my good gravy did it taste deliciously good. Mmmmm. =)
1 cup mexican bean soup - 1 point
7 fat free crackers - 1 point
2 slices bread - 1 point
1 slice fat free bacon - 1 point
veggies and ketchup on the BLT - 0 points
split pea soup - 2 points
22 ice cream - 2 points
1 cup milk - 2 points

Total: 19/19 points

My good gravy was this a successful day!!! What. The. Heck. is all I can say about that. I got in all my veggies/fruits, all my milks, all my healthy oils, all my liquids, all my proteins, only whole grains, my vitamin AND a fun snack AND I didn't use ANY activity or bonus points AND I was FULL!!!! Holy toledo, batman!!! I may put this whole post in bold or something because this was THE Perfect ww Day.
