Laughing cow cheese wedge - 1 point
2 slices double fiber bread - 1 point
veggies - 0 points
1 cup grapes - 1 point
lollipop - 1 point
hot chocolate with milk - 4 points
caro with 1 cup milk - 2 points
Ball park fat free hot dog - 1 point

Not doing so well on the healthy oils.

Thank goodness for bonus points.
All veggies/fruits, all milks, all liquids, all proteins, whole grains and vitamin.
I'm not doing too well on the healthy oils though.

Not enough milk, not enough veggies, no whole grains.
I weighed in yesterday and had only lost 0.2lbs and was LIVID because I'd worked so hard. Talk about disappointed!!!!
This day was the backlash. Me being sulky etc. I could not believe how fast those points racked up. The book group stuff was an estimation. Based on this, I believe I ate an average of 60-80 points PER DAY before I went on Weight Watchers

60-80 points PER DAY!!!!!!!


And now I'm down to 1/4 of that. Yikes. No wonder I felt like I was starving to death when I first went on it. =D That first week I was HUNGRY!!! It took a good few weeks for the persistent hungry feeling to stop. Now I'm only hungry from time to time. I think my stomach has finally shrunk to a manageable size and it doesn't take so much to fill it. =D

All veggies, all proteins, all milks - pretty dang successful day. =)

hot dog, 1 slice bread - 1 point

1 tsp frosting - 1 point
poorman's meal with green beans - 6 points
hot chocolate - 2 points

Total: 21/19 points
So I used 2 of my exercise points from yesterday.


Poorman's meal:
Heat oil in large pan
Add cubed onion, cubed potato, and a couple of very thinly sliced hot dogs. Fry. I use very little oil so often end up adding some water so it doesn't stick.
Eat with ketchup.
It's Delicious!!! And Clara (in the video above) is wonderful.

1/2 cup rice - 2 points

1/2 tsp oil - 1/2 point
crackerbread and marmalade - 1 point
1 cup milk - 2 point
1/2 cup ice cream - 1 point

Total: 19/19 points
So my exercise points carry over for use tomorrow - or whenever it is that I use them. I did pretty well today, except I didn't have all my milk. All I needed was another 1/2 cup (there's 1/2 cup yoghurt in the green smoothie) and that would have been only 1 more point - and I certainly had it to spare after my exercise. Oh well.
