What I ate

Tuesday 1st September 2009

Green smoothie - 4 points
0 point soup - 0 points
7 fat free crackers - 1 point
1 cup watermelon - 1 point
cheese stick - 1 point
hot dog, 1 slice bread - 1 point
2 cups milk - 4 points
1 tsp frosting - 1 point
poorman's meal with green beans - 6 points
hot chocolate - 2 points

Total: 21/19 points
So I used 2 of my exercise points from yesterday.


Poorman's meal:
Heat oil in large pan
Add cubed onion, cubed potato, and a couple of very thinly sliced hot dogs. Fry. I use very little oil so often end up adding some water so it doesn't stick.
Eat with ketchup.
It's Delicious!!! And Clara (in the video above) is wonderful.
