Weigh-in
Today was my week 25 weigh in. I finally set my goal weight; 127lbs. I really want to be 125lbs, and this gives me a 2lb fluctuating leeway.
Original Weight: 165.8lbs
Total Weight loss: 32 lbs
Today's weight loss: 1.6 lbs
Today's weight: 133.8 lbs
What I ate
Banana - 2 points
sushi - 4 points
chocolate milk 2 cups - 4 points
tortilla - 1 point
chicken and salad - 3 points
1 cup grapefruit juice - 2 points
1 cup oj - 2 points
hot milk - 1 point
100 calorie pack cookies - 2 points
Total: 21/18 points
All nutrients except the oil...again.

Weigh-in, what I ate
Thursday 5th November 2009
Today is Guy Fawkes night! =)
Today I was also pretty stinkin' sick with a cough, fever etc. Uuuuggghhhh.
Weigh-in
Today was my week 24 weigh in. The Thursday Weigh-in is apparently working.
Original Weight: 165.8lbs
Total Weight loss: 30.4 lbs
Today's weight loss: 2.8 lbs
Today's weight: 135.4 lbs
Did you see that??? Nearly THREE POUNDS lost. Whoot!!! =)
What I ate
hot dog - 1 point
three cups herbal tea with honey - 3 points
tortilla - 1 point
chicken - 3 points
lettuce and dressing - 1 point
1 cup almond milk - 1 point
Total: 10/18
Yeah. Obviously I didn't get all my nutrients today.

Weigh-in
Today was my week 23 weigh in, and after last week's fiasco of weight gain, I changed the day I weighed in. I thought it would be better to weigh-in the day BEFORE date night rather than the day AFTER. Plus, Saturday's are so very very busy, it would be nice to get rid of one Saturday activity.
So I changed my weigh-in day to Thursday. And BEHOLD! The fabulous results!!!
Original Weight: 165.8lbs
Total Weight loss: 27.6lbs
Today's weight loss: 2.6lbs
Today's weight: 138.2lbs
Now THAT'S what I'm talkin' about!!!! Let this be a lesson to all and sundry; choose your weigh-in date with care. This weigh-in marked the end of the plateau I've been on ever since I started exercising. I started out walking for 22 minutes and running for 8 minutes, and I have worked up to 50 minutes of running and ten minutes of walking. FINALLY I'm seeing the results of all that incredibly hard work, starting with today's weigh-in.
What I ate
1 cup almond milk - 1 point
1/2 banana - 1 point
1 tbsp pb - 2 points
1 Tbsp cocoa - 0 points
pickins @ Kroger - 3 points
sushi - 4 points
ff hot dog - 1 point
bread and ketchup - 1 point
whoppers - 2 points
cereal and milk - 3 points
Total: 18/18 points
But I didn't get all my nutrients.

Today was my week 22 weigh in. Not surprisingly, after falling off the wagon yesterday, I gained two pounds.
Original Weight: 165.8lbs
Total Weight loss: 25lbs
Today's weight loss: - 2lbs
Today's weight: 140.8lbs
That was disappointing. Back on the wagon for me!
What I ate
1 cup soymilk - 1 point
banana - 2 point
1 Tbsp pb, 1 Tbsp cocoa - 2 points
1 cookie - 4 points
12 tortilla chips - 3 points
salsa - 0 points
fish taco - 7 points
A few of Andrew's fries - 2 points
1 cookie - 4 points
1 cup grapes - 1 point
1 1/2 egg boats - 3 points
pbj sammich - 3 points
banana - 2 points
1 cup milk - 1 point
Total: 33/18 points
This day was a FAIL in that I didn't get all my minimum nutrients, and I blew my points out of the water. On the other hand,
I COULD have ordered a shrimp quesadilla at Oscar's but I didn't
I COULD have eaten all the tortilla chips but I didn't
I COULD have had a massive dinner but I didn't
I COULD have eaten a lot of Andrew's fries but I didn't.
So it was quite the success really. =)

Today was my week 21 weigh in, and FINALLY I lost a decent amount of weight. Though I just finished my monthly and I always lose about 2lbs after that.
