Dinner:
Cheesy vegetable soup

I think I made a cake this day, so there was probably some cake and frosting involved as well.

Breakfast: Smoothie
1 banana
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 Tbsp peanut butter
1.5 cups almond/coconut milk

Snack:
Caro with 2% milk
2 slices toast with butter, jam, peanut butter

Lunch:
2 slices bread
1/2 tbsp butter
1/2 tbsp mayo
1 slice ham
1 slice cheese
mushroom
1/2 tomato
cucumber
romaine

Snack:
1/2 cup rice pudding

Dinner: Can't remember.  I think it was Andrew's leftover chicken n dumplins from Cracker Barrel.

Breakfast: Smoothie

Lunch: 
2 slices white bread
1/2 tomato
4 small slices cucumber
1 slice cheese
1 slice ham
2 tsp spicy pickle relish
1/2 tbsp lite mayo
2 slices pickled beets
1 mushroom
1/2 leaf romaine lettuce

Dinner:
2 oz spaghetti noodles
1/4 cup spaghetti sauce with ground beef
1/2 slice bread with butter and garlic salt
sprinkle grated cheese
8oz club soda

5 Russell Stover chocolates


Friday January 10th 2020

Ha!  Well, life kind of got in the way.  I looked back in my diary, and over the past several years the first week of the year has historically been a time of intense change for our family.  I couldn't believe it when I looked back, all the different things that have happened right as the year has changed.  What are the odds, right?  This year was no different.  It's kind of sort of getting back together though. I'm thinking things may possibly perhaps calm down by Monday.  Perhaps.  We shall see.

In any case, I've finally eaten all the Christmas chocolate, so that's gone.
Unfortunately (well...fortunately...it was fun) we had book group and I decided a good thing to make would be spinach dip. It was indeed delicious...but there was a lot left...and I've been eating it.  I ate a whole bunch for lunch today and it was quite the mistake.  Oh well.

Lunch
Well...more sort of "snack" that dragged on into lunchtime:
3 small tortillas
half a bowl of carrots
Way too much spinach dip
A small slice of pound cake and whipping cream.

Dinner:
1 slice pepperoni pizza
2 breadsticks

Ok well.  A gain is to be expected over the holidays, eh?  Moving on...

Breakfast:
Smoothie. You know the drill.

Lunch:
Salad with crab salad.
Romaine, tomato, cucumber, olives, pickled beets, a smattering of ranch, crab salad.

Dinner:
Sushi
California roll, 4 pc nigiri

Exercise:
Painting.  All. Stinking. Day.  And I hate the colour.  So much work.  So achy and tired.  And I hate it.
