Breakfast: Smoothie

Snack: 
Caro with cream and sugar
2 slices of toast with butter and jam

Lunch:
rice krispies with 2% milk and 1 tsp sugar

Dinner:
3 small tortillas
romaine
tomato
salsa
shredded cheese
taco meat
jalapeños
