Sunday January 19th


Breakfast: Smoothie

Lunch: 
2 slices wheat bread
1 egg
3 slices bacon
butter
ketchup

Snack:
Spoonful of frosting.  As one does. 

Dinner:
2 oz spaghetti
1/3 cup spaghetti sauce with ground beef
sprinkle of cheese
1 slice toast with butter and garlic salt

Snack:
2 cups 2% milk
1/4 cup rice flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp chopped pecans
