1 slice ham
2 tsp spicy pickle relish
1/2 tbsp lite mayo
2 slices pickled beets
1 mushroom
1/2 leaf romaine lettuce
Dinner:
2 oz spaghetti noodles
1/4 cup spaghetti sauce with ground beef
1/2 slice bread with butter and garlic salt
sprinkle grated cheese
8oz club soda
5 Russell Stover chocolates
