Breakfast: Smoothie
1 banana
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 Tbsp peanut butter
1.5 cups almond/coconut milk
Snack:
Caro with 2% milk
2 slices toast with butter, jam, peanut butter
Lunch:
2 slices bread
1/2 tbsp butter
1/2 tbsp mayo
1 slice ham
1 slice cheese
mushroom
1/2 tomato
cucumber
romaine
Snack:
1/2 cup rice pudding
Dinner: Can't remember. I think it was Andrew's leftover chicken n dumplins from Cracker Barrel.
