1/2 tsp pb, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp cocoa - 1 point
(Yes, that's delicious peanut butter hot cocoa for 3 points. WELL worth it)
Fiber bar - 2 points
1/2 cup rice - 2 points
veggies - 0 points
Tofu - 2 points
1 cup milk - 2 points
ww ice cream - 2 points
Total: 20/20 points. Perfect. =)
