Thursday 9th July

Breakfast:
Green Smoothie - 4 points

Boca burger, thin bread, veggies, ketchup - 2 points
Small amount chocolate shake - 1 point


Dinner:
Progresso ww beef and veg soup, 1 cup - 1 point
2 slices healthy life bread - 1 point
1 cup milk - 2 points
1 ww ice cream - 1 point
2 tsp marge - 2 points
2 slices bread - 1 point
1 Tbsp jam - 1 point
1 cup milk - 2 points

1/2 tortilla - 1 point
refries and ground turkey mixture - 3 points
1 tsp sour cream - 1 point
Sprinkle of cheese - 0 points

12 california rolls - 4 points
watermelon - 0 points
1/2 of Andrew's smoothie - 3 points


Dinner:
spinach, onion and pepper salad with ww dressing - 1 point
2 Tbsp feta - 1 point
1/8 avacado - 1 point
ww ice cream - 1 point
