Wednesday December 11th 2019. Starting all over again.

Several years in Canada and an extreme lack of self control and the loss of the ability to run means I've gained most of the weight back that I worked so hard to lose.  Pretty disheartening.  So here we go again.

Weight: 151.7 lbs
Waist: 32.25 in
Hip: 42 in
Bust: 36.5 in
Thigh: 25 in
Calf: 15 in
Arm: 13.5 in

Breakfast: Smoothie
Banana
1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 Tbsp peanut butter powder
1.5 c almond coconut milk

Lunch:
2c chopped romaine
1/2 roma tomato
couple of slices red pepper
1/4 avocado
1 egg
2 tsp olive oil
salt

Dinner:
1/2 c rice
1/4 c taco meat w/lean beef
1/4 c black beans
2 Tbsp salsa
1 Tbsp lite ranch
1 c chopped romaine

Snacks:
1 mini doughnut
1 pkt Japanese cocoa balls

Exercise:
1 hr Zwift @ ~90w
2 min abs
