2 Tbsp peanut butter powder
1.5c almond coconut milk
Lunch:
2 small tortillas
1 slice cheese
olives
1 slice ham
Dinner:
2 salisbury steaks
1/2 cup mashed potatoes
2 c vegetables
Chocolates, chocolate biscuits.
