What I ate

Wednesday 5th August 2009

WEIGH IN!
This was my 11th weigh-in, so I've been on weight watchers now for nearly three months.
Starting weight: 165.8lbs
Weight today: 148.8 lbs
Total weight loss: 17lbs!!!

Which means I have lost 10% of my body weight in just under 3 months. =) I'm so happy! I got my 10% key ring. =) I'll need to put before and after pictures up here soon. I like the way Heather measures herself and puts up pictures every week.

Because I am now in the 140s in terms of pounds, my points drop down again - from 20 to 19 points. Gah! That's going to be tough. I will definitely be making use of my 35 bonus points each week. =)

laughing cow cheese wedge - 1 point
I think it's funny that both the regular and the light laughing cow cheese are one point. Why bother with the light when you can have the yummy tasting regular for the same amount of points?

1/2 tsp oil - 0.5 points
veggies - 0 points
1 1/2 cups watermelon - 1.5 points
california roll - 2 points
beef stew - 7 points
watermelon - 1 point

Monday 3rd August 2009

Green Smoothie - 4 points

Veggies - 0 points
Dressing - 1 point
1 cup watermelon - 1 point
1 cup 0 point Progresso soup - 0 points
3oz Beef - 7.5 points
veggies - 1 point
potato - 1 point
1/4 cup fat free gravy - 0 points
1 1/2 cups milk - 3 points
Weight Watchers Blueberry Cobbler - 4.5 points
The cobbler was really hideous. I was bummed.

Total: 24/20 points





Sunday 2nd August 2009
Fast Sunday

Noodles - 4 points
1/4 cup sauce and meat - 2 points
2 cups watermelon - 2 points
1/2 banana - 1 point
1/2 cup Bryers fat free fudge brownie ice cream - 1 point
1 Tbsp pecans - 1 point
1 cup orange juice - 2 points

Total: 13/20 points






Saturday 1st August 2009

Green Smoothie - 4 points

dressing - 1 point
1 cup milk - 2 points
Chick-Fil-A waffle fries small - 5 points
scallops - 1 point
1/2 cup rice - 2 points
1 cup roasted veggies - 2 point
Banana split - 3 points
(Banana split consists of 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup Bryers fat free ice cream, 1 Tbsp pecans and 1 maraschino cherry)

Total: 23/20 points






Friday 31st July 2009
Date night!!!! =)

Oatmeal - 2 points

1 cup grapes - 1 point
1/2 cup edamame - 2 points
Sake number 4 - 11 points
1/2 rainbow roll - 5 points
1/2 Like It Founder's Favourite from Coldstone - 5 points

Total: 28/20 points

Sake number 4 consists of a california roll and 8 or 9 pcs nigiri, as well as a cup of miso soup and a salad. Best. Sushi. EVER!
