Snack:

Dinner:
2 oz spaghetti - 4 points
1/2 cup spaghetti sauce - 2 points
1/4 cup meat - 1 point
2 cups salad with dressing - 2 points
1/2 banana - 1 point
ww ice cream - 2 points
1 cup milk - 2 points

Total: 24 points
