Today's activities:

Bike: 550 calories
1hr 37 mins  - 2 Zwift workouts on reverse figure 8


Back still hurts.  Didn't go for a walk, didn't do new PT exercises, took some pain killers.  I'll get back to the point where my back doesn't hurt anymore, then add new things one by one rather than all at once to try to pinpoint what's causing the issue. 


Today's Food

Breakfast: 235 calories
Smoothie - 2 cups almond coconut milk, 2 Tbsp pb powder, 1 Tbsp cocoa, 1 frozen banana.

Snack: 80 calories
150g peaches

Lunch: 263 calories
3 eggs, sprinkle of shredded cheese, 2 little tomatoes from the garden

Depression snacks: 632 calories
1/2 fast break
pick up biscuit
10 pita crackers
2 Tbsp blue cheese dressing

Note to self: Maybe get on the bike or go for a walk when life gets you down. Watching YouTube while eating junk to drown your sorrows doesn't work so well.


Dinner: 282 calories
tortilla, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, avocado, olives, laughing cow cheese, dressing, smoked salmon
